Where we deliver, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in India. We do not ship outside India at the moment.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on every order, with no minimum.
- No delivery charge is added at checkout.
When your order is dispatched
- Ready-made items are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Custom items — anything printed or embroidered to your design — are made to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Embroidery can take a little longer in busy weeks; if it will, we tell you.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
How long delivery takes
Once dispatched, allow 2–4 days to metro cities and 5–7 days to smaller towns. Remote areas can take longer. These are courier estimates rather than guarantees.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we send you the tracking details, so you can follow it to your door.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on ready-made items. Custom items are paid for at checkout, because they are made for you. If a cash-on-delivery order is refused at the door, we may ask for payment in advance on future orders.
Problems with delivery
- Please check your address and phone number at checkout — we cannot be responsible for delays from incorrect details.
- If a parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
- If your order has not arrived within the times above, message us and we will chase it with the courier.
