Terms of use
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. If we cannot make something — the artwork will not stitch, a size is unavailable, a price was wrong — we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We ship within India only.
Your artwork
When you upload a design, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you allow us to reproduce it on the garment you ordered.
We will not print anything that infringes someone else’s rights — brand logos, copyrighted characters, another person’s artwork — or anything hateful, obscene or unlawful. If we decline, we refund you in full.
You keep ownership of your design. We do not sell it, share it, or use it to promote ourselves without asking you first.
Made-to-order items
Custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. They must be paid for at checkout and cannot be returned because you changed your mind. Your rights where an item is faulty or not as described are unaffected.
Colour and finish
Screens differ. Printed and stitched colour may vary slightly from what you saw, and thread colour is limited by what is available. Small variations are part of made-to-order work, not a fault.
Returns and refunds
Ready-made items: returnable within 7 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Contact us first.
Custom items: not returnable for change of mind.
Anything faulty, damaged or not as designed: send us a photograph within 7 days and we will remake or refund it, whichever you prefer.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
Privacy
What we collect
- Your name, delivery address, email and phone number, so we can make and deliver your order
- Artwork you upload, so we can produce it
- Your email address, if you ask for our updates
- Basic technical information your browser sends, such as pages viewed
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Razorpay, who process them under their own security standards.
Who else sees it
Only those who need it to complete your order: our payment provider, our delivery partner, and where relevant our print partner. Nobody buys your details from us, because we do not sell them.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Uploaded artwork is kept so we can reprint if something goes wrong — ask us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Write to orders@harsuvo.com.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your basket, keep you signed in, and understand which pages people visit. Your browser can block them, though your basket will stop working if you do.
